Deron Jett joined OMG in 1999, after spending nine years as a corporate services manager for a Fortune 100 insurance company where he was responsible for 36 locations nationwide and Post Processing Automation. Deron has continued his success at OMG, providing strategic leadership working directly with the Board of Directors and the Executive Team to establish and execute long-range goals, strategies, and plans. Deron has successfully added numerous additional contractual clients, growing OMG. Revenue has increased by 48% and has saved Client's hundreds of million dollars throughout his tenure. As the CEO, Deron oversees all planning and implementation stages of high-level projects and promotes the continuous streamlining of the workflow process for some of the largest companies in national markets of, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and California.
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Missy joined OMG in 2000 after working in public accounting. She is responsible for all financial and corporate aspects of the company, as well as serving as a member of the Executive Team overseeing all areas of company management and operations. Missy has developed financial plans that have more than tripled the value and financial health of the company and has assisted in developing and implementing business plans that have led to unprecedented growth at OMG. Missy is a CPA and CGMA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Transylvania University.
Vice President of Operations
Brandin Parrett joined OMG in 2012 and serves as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining OMG, Brandin served in operations management positions with Document Technologies, Inc. and ACS, Inc. Additionally, Brandin served in the United States Navy during the Gulf War and Operation Desert Storm as a Nuclear Mechanical Engineer. Brandin is an accomplished leader with more than 18 years’ experience building and operating service organizations. He has a successful track record of leading teams to deliver improved client satisfaction, market-leading operations, and financial performance.
Director of Human Resources
Taryn comes to OMG with over 12 years as an HR professional. Prior to her position with OMG, she attained extensive experience working for organizations with 1000+ employees within 22 states. Taryn holds an MBA from Sullivan University with emphasis in Human Resources Management and a bachelor’s from University of Kentucky in Finance and Management and holds a SPHR certification. As the OMG Director of Human Resources, Taryn is responsible for the execution of HR Business Plan goals and strategy, creation of performance and development planning, recruiting senior level management, training and HR legal compliance to name a few.

Executive Assistant to President/CEO
Darlene Puckett joined OMG in November 2004, bringing over twenty years of administrative and project management experience. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO/President, Darlene manages all aspects and projects related to corporate documents, calendar scheduling and manages all corporate travel. In addition, Darlene is the Marketing and Brand Manager, managing all of OMG’s marketing, advertising, branding projects and overseeing all event and tradeshow planning. Other responsibilities include the administration of the OMG website and assisting the sales team with the response to RFI's, RFP’s for new business.
Business Development Manager
Patrick joined OMG in 2018 and serves as a Business Development Manager, developing and facilitating new business. Patrick has a strong background in lead generation & sales efforts; previous roles have been in Advertising, Higher Education & Hospitality. Patrick assists on the marketing side, and focuses heavily on tradeshows and events in which networking and industry knowledge is prevalent.
Operations Support Coordinator
Vickie Ruehrwein joined OMG in November of 2003 specializing in enterprise reporting and compliance, data analysis, and gathering techniques, technical writing, workflow and process documentation, project management, and short/long-range strategic planning. As part of the OMG Team, Vickie assists the Operations Management team with establishing and managing operational goals and compliance, managing account implementations, writing and managing RFPs for clients, project management oversight, and involvement in consulting engagements. She currently has a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification.
As the Management Analyst for OMG, Brandon Galeas is responsible for developing customized service solutions for our clients. Brandon spends his time analyzing emerging trends and innovation occurring in mail, print, courier, and other ancillary service industries. This information is then shared with our teams and Clients in informative case studies and white papers. Brandon frequently travels to our Client’s sites to gather data, document processes, analyze workflows, and identify risk exposure as part of our thorough onsite Optimization Assessment.
Senior Operations Manager
Jacquelyn Bell serves as the Senior Operations Manager for OMG, LLC, in charge of all of operations with a direct focus on enterprise accounts. Jackie reports directly to Brandin Parrett, VP of Operations. Jackie began her career with OMG in November 2011 as the Reporting Analyst and has received several promotions to Operations Analyst, Operations Manager of the Cincinnati Region, and most recently to Senior Operations Manager. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA from Sullivan University.
