Onsite Management Group was established in 1992 as a professional outsourcing services organization specializing in Mailroom Management Services, Print/Copy, Document Scanning and Imaging, Logistics/Courier Management, Supplies Management, Switchboard, and Reception Area Operation, and other professional office services.

Based in Louisville, KY, we started with two local accounts, and since then we’ve grown to serve a national client base. We service industries such as hospitals and healthcare, insurance, banking/financial, manufacturing, and education.

Meet Our Founder

Lee Kirkwood, the founder of Onsite Management Group (OMG), has had a distinguished career that includes active military service, banking, and insurance. He joined the United States Air Force in 1967 and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. After completing USAF Flight Training, he was offered a position as a flight instructor at the United States Air Force Academy, where he quickly earned certification as a master instructor.

Lee’s military career spanned over two decades and included roles such as Flight Commander and Standardization Officer. He retired from the Kentucky Air National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel, accumulating nearly 5,000 instructor/fighter aircraft flying hours.

After retiring from the military, Lee became an entrepreneur and founded United Direct Solutions (formerly known as United Mail) and OMG. OMG is proud to be part of a veteran-owned business and thanks Lee for his service to the country.

OMG is proud to maintain strong industry relationships with two leading organizations in the mailing and shipping industry – the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) and the Postal Customer Council (PCC).  These relationships allow us to stay informed about the latest industry trends and regulations and to collaborate with other industry leaders to develop best practices and solutions that benefit our customers.

Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA)

The MSMA is a professional association that represents the interests of mail and distribution managers in both the private and public sectors.  The MSMA provides its members with educational programs, networking opportunities, and industry updates that help them stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.  OMG is an active member of the MSMA, participating in events and initiatives that support the growth and success of the mailing and shipping industry.  OMG has multiple team members serving on MSMA’s board of directors.

Postal Customer Council (PCC)

The PCC is a network of USPS customers and business mailers who work together with the USPS to improve the quality of mail service and enhance the customer experience.  The PCC provides its members access to USPS experts, training, and resources that help them optimize their mail and shipping operations.  OMG is a member of the PCC and participates in local and national events and initiatives that promote the use of USPS services and products.
