A university medical system was experiencing issues with courier services. Problems ranged from cost issues, to poor customer ratings, and incorrect handling of materials and data. OMG created a solution to bring in standardized documentation, a governance committee, as well as a plan to help raise cost control with the managers. The results brought savings, customer satisfaction increase, and restructure of courier usage.
