A midwest hospital network had a courier contract coming up for renewal. The current contract pricing was unclear as many charges were hidden in line-items on invoices. OMG was able to analyze the current vendor’s activity as well as identify areas of improvement. OMG worked with TriHealth to create a standardized bidder qualification for the vendors to review. The result was a new vendor, first-year cost savings, and transparency.
