  • USPS certification: Mailpiece Design Professional (MDP). All of OMG's Management and Team Leaders are required to earn their MDP within 6 months of employment with OMG. The Mailpiece Design Professional (MDP) program offers two curriculum alternatives that teach mailing industry personnel how to design mail to enhance its compatibility with U.S. Postal Service® automated equipment. It also coaches mailers on how to achieve lower postage prices through automation. USPS MDP certification is available upon successful completion of course assessment.
  • All staff are required to achieve HIPAA certification
  • All of our warehouse/dock team members receive OSHA safety and safe driving tests
  • Key members of our management team have achieved Certified Litigation Support Professional (CLSP) and Certified Litigation Support Project Manager (CLSPM) certifications
  • An OMG Account Executive is a member of the National MSMA Board of Directors
  • A member of OMG Senior Leadership is serving as the Executive Vice President of a local PCC Chapter

  • Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) -- Conducted through the USPS’ National Center for Employee Development. Focuses on eight modules associated with managing a mail facility:

  • Certified Mail & Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) Certification and Certified Mail & Distribution Systems Supplier (CMDSS) Certification
  • Conducted through the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA).  Designed to test and certify an individual’s technical knowledge and management skills through an extensive four hour computer based test

    • Must accumulate points associated with service time in the industry and participation in industry organizations
